Shipping policy

All our products are made to order and handcrafted by master artisans after an order is placed. Because each piece is shaped by hand - not machine-produced - production takes approximately 5 business days, after which orders are processed for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, orders are booked with our shipping partner. After booking, it typically takes a further 12–15 business days for your order to be delivered.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days due to international customs, carrier delays, or other logistics factors beyond our control.
All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking updates may take 24 - 72 hours to appear after dispatch.

If your piece arrived damaged, isn't what you expected, or you simply have a question -please reach out to us before anything else. Not a chatbot, not a form -a real person who cares. We respond personally, always within 24 hours, and will always try to make it right.

If your order is not delivered within 30 days from the date of dispatch, you are eligible for store credit as compensation. Please reach out to our support team regarding this.
